PURPOSE : the main motive of this note to provide strategy and clarity towards achievement of goal of the business .in other words , it gives you proper way of “what to do?” , “how to do?” in next seven years .

AIM :  1) Increase market share in the existing operating city

            2) Expand in the new market (Geographical Expansion)

EXPANSION PLAN (SOLUTION):

Business advisory committee comes with expansion plan of the company for next 7 year but when our department conducting research on the expansion plan ,department noticed that some actions which unsatisfied our staff & customer first we have to solve first those problems.

 MAJOR SUGGESTIONS TO SOLVE PROBLEMs

  1. Perishable goods : we have to procure a Japanese technique “ JUST IN TIME” to fight with the perishable goods . we can purchase goods in every time gaps of 6hr in day as per requirement and assumption of sale. and never sale a stock more than 24 hr.
  2. Missing doorstep delivery : we have to open a service of cash on delivery , and we can also go with OTP service to ensure product or goods reach at right place
  3. Late reporting by delivery partner : we have to open employee recognition and appreciation program to recognize top performer which builds competition in the organization and which motivates employee to be on time.
  4. Goods quality : we will open small VAN center in a city . where product testing machine install in the VAN and it checks the quality of goods from the suppliers at time of purchasing.
  5. Problem regarding raising complaint : we have make a best user experience in the   DND app. And proper window to raise complaint through mobile app and through services team . we need to install AI based chat bots to resolve the problem on the spot.We have to make a proper department for after sales service and customer service department which deals with the customer complaints .
  6. Subscriber of non-dense area : we have to refund subscribe amount of non-dense area subscriber and give him daily updates about company and send content marketing content to retain it . When we reach those area we can easily get some subscriber by retaining old.

                                       After the solving small problem , company will sustain its body in the existing cities. From there we can easily execute the expansion plan there is 7 year expansion plan of the company .

Expansion plan is to penetrate in the existing market . increase the market share to increase in sales and working capital.

  2. Install a ERP software in company to maintain proper management information system .
  3. Collaborate with some restaurants, café’s, hotels to take big orders.
  4. Take  a referral scheme with the mobile app to increase the customer base . a customer can get one delivery or two delivery free for this.
  5. Hire manpower recruit delivery partner 4 times from now and corporate staff 2 times from now
  6. Design employees career path.

Now this time to learn from old mistakes. Where we make subscriber from non- dense area . we solved problem when it came . now, we expand in those non-dense area to make old customer to new customer.

  • Make standard operating procedure for franchise where they can sale easily.
  • Open operations in 100 cities in India, In next 7 years including (teir I ,II,III)
