As a marketing manager I will suggest the certain things to be taken into consideration to make this business plan successful.

• To achieve Break-Even in a year – So that we achieve break even in a year (no loss, no profit) situation.

• To become market Leader – it is also the objective of company to lead market in upcoming year.

• It decreases the effect of covid  

 

Conclusion
Airways delivery is a very good concept and it will be innovative step also but the main problem is either it will be successful in India or not because in India there is a very dense population and infrastructure were not that much developed now to get over this but still the company had taken the initiative to start it let's see what will happen.
