Airdrop delivery is a courier company, we are providing the delivery services via drones and planned to venture into ‘Hyper Local Delivery space’. A major challenge in this business case from marketing point of view is brand establishment and innovative measures which would set them apart as a market leader. The company also looks forward to leading in process and product and hence must focus on research and development. This will act as a competitive barrier and make Airway Delivery the standards setter and as the drone attributes and supply chain improves the business model will become more sustainable. The target of airdrop delivery service is to deliver the parcel of 5 km away is in just 15 minutes.

So the question arises WHY customers will choose us , the simple answer is safe and fastest deliveries via the our drones ,that’s why we said the biggest new business opportunity . we will outshine the competition with this different approach of delivering goods

We have been able to conduct the market survey there is a big demand for quick delivery services

Our way is the quickest and (drones) are easy to spot so we will be able to grab the attention of market base, clients in no time so they will talk about us and advertise us by word of mouth

And being first to reach via drone delivery towards the customers by providing their needs, parcels we have a whole new business to explore

We fear businesses and customers won’t pay attention to our delivery services and will try  stick to conventional delivery methods for the initial period

Being the first drone delivery courier company, we can face challenges to getting deliveries to deliver

Customers will be very cautious at first to trust us with their goods because of our unconventional method. So we have have to gain their trust by delivering goods safely and on time.

DIGITAL MARKETING  –

We are focusing on where we can capture the larger chunk of market share and as per market trends the world is being currently  presented digitally on social media ,websites and internet .we are targeting the same our we are making our best and simple to use application called as AIRDROP APP .

The airdrop application will consist of use friendly interface where customers will be able to connect with their respective products of choice through our app

With main homepage, where we can show discounts and special offers on various products .

The user profile which consist of their contact number, mail, addresses and bio {optional for the customers }

And search engine where customer can search desired products .

And mainly my orders ,the customer can place the order and pay bill , track deliveries through the airdrop app .

The airdrop delivery courier company collaborating 20 + hotels ,25+ medicals and local ventures within surrounding area ,where we can show their products on our application and customers can place the order .as per the delivery services we are being the GOOD MARKETPLAE also .

As the understanding the need of customers most of the persons go to the google for every solution ,we will be available on google search engine also , the keyword for search engine will be easy to find word that’s AIRDROP DRONE DELIVERY . we will be updated on the websites day by day .

The costing for app development ,website , and collaboration will be 3500000 per annum.

ADVERTISING –

Add campaign on various social media platforms like Instagram , youtube , google adds etc.

Advertisements  on d2h channels about Airdrop deliveries.

We will look the local influencer for the advertising and for posting on social media accounts .

We are mainly focusing on physical advertising as well as digital . we are putting banners ,boards and pamphlet and visiting cards also we will show case these adds near local hotels ,medicals and most gathering places .

The costing for advertising will be around 500000.

 

INDIRECT DIGITAL MARKETING –

We are inventing new strategy for all the customers ,because all the trendy peoples loves to be trending on these days ,we providing GIVE AWAY OF AIRDROP DELIVERY T SHIRTS for one of the lucky customer through out the day.

The actual reason behind of these we are present on all the social media sites as well as websites when the customer will post and share the post like, T shirts from airdrop delivery in these digital world one post can see minimum /on an average 150 to 200 peoples and giving the one t shirt we are reaching to 200 new peoples ,if they interested in our delivery then we will be happy by satisfying their needs.

The costing of T SHIRTS will be 25000 in a year .

 

 

Marketing strategy implementation evaluation and control -

We have done market evaluation as it is a research of a marketplace aimed at determining whether a new company can perform well and succeed in a new business environment. It helps receive insights into competitors, market trends and make strategic business decisions to make business profitable.

1) Forecasting so we will have idea about what to expect from company in future so that the preparation can be put in action.

2) We will collect weekly data on the all marketing operations to see where we have done well and where we can improve even if it’s a minor thing this is how we will gain control over the operations

3) We will look for new leads and grab these new opportunities with keeping them in check this is how we will grow our business.

4) As we will invest heavily on promotions we will keep all those promotions mediums in check and if some promotion method not working we will work on it for betterment.

As drone technology is advancing rapidly and drones are becoming readily available and at low expense we have a big opportunity to be a market leader in short distance delivery service market because we know drones will provide quickest delivery method and as of now there are no players in same market for delivering goods. As companies like amazon continue to build their warehouses on many locations growth for aerial delivery services is guaranteed. However before launching the services on large scale management team should conduct practice runs to ensure deliveries are fool proof and pay attention to customer feedback this will ensure the successful future of Airdrop delivery as a company.
