Airway Delivery, is a well established courier company and wants to venture into ‘Hyper Local Delivery Space’ and has plans to conduct local delivery through drones to cut time and cost. As per rules, all flying objects in India needs to take permission from DGCA (Director General of Civil Aviation). Our company has all necessary permissions. There is a need to create awareness about drone services in customers. Trails should be conducted for consumer satisfaction or in case of B2B. Company has decided to offer ‘Short Range Drone Based Services’ which is more cost effective in comparison with ‘Long Range Drone Based Services’. Airway Delivery is most effective in case of food deliveries, urgent medical deliveries and contact less deliveries in pandemic situations like Covid-19. Many other businesses like Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo and many more are also looking forward to introduce similar model like Airway Delivery to capture market quickly. This will act as a competitive barrier. And will surely make Airway Delivery the standard setters. Company needs to make business more attractive and add value in own product to survive in market. It is more cost effective because rather than roadway delivery it is more pocket friendly to every customer. The relatively small size of the staff promotes good communication and quick response to clients’ needs. The software team can monitor marketing reports for continuous development in campaigns and marketing pitch.

Safety issues, many of the customers have safety issues regarding their goods that will goods get delivered to them or not or they have issues of damage of goods too. As drones create noise so if there will be more than one drone it will produce more noise which will lead to noise pollution. Weather condition is also a weakness for business.
