With the development of information systems, there is the need to ensure that the systems have ways in which they interact with the users. Having an understanding of the system by users makes it simple to have a smooth interaction with the system. This case study will focus on the computer interaction aspect of the software which is a system that is being developed. It will be used by staff members and others to interact. • There were two friends namely Manoj and Parth. Both were having a desire of improving the air quality of the environment. • One day both of them resigned from their respective jobs and formed a private limited company in Bengaluru, named PM Clean Air Solutions Private ltd. • The Authorized capital of the company was Rs. 2,00,000 and both were having 50% equity stake each. • They then started research and made plans and finally after their hard work and struggle, they started building a final hybrid product. • This product consisted of three separate units: two were physical units and one was software unit. They all were synced as a single device. • Physical units: Air sense and Air loop • Software Unit: AQMS (Air Quality Management System) • The overhead expenses of the company were given to us. • The company has been allocated a budget of Rs. 10 crore for the financial year 2022-2023 • A consulting firm named a s “Bhaskara Consulting firm” has been hired by this company to provide valuable insightful inputs to them. • We are tasked to advise them regarding the marketing plans, to oversee all the important aspects required in setting up a new production facility. • We were also asked to advise them regarding the pricing strategy and on the matters of operations, HR and IT.
