Create a blue print for A Training and Skill Development of Employees

Case Understanding

Manoj Singh and Parth Mittal are college friends. Both of them completed their B.Tech from Bengaluru (Karnataka).While doing job., Manoj who was closely associated with the R&D of his Air Quality company, had developed a concept of a hybrid product. After some time,Manoj and Parth resigned from their respective jobs and formed a Private Limited Company in Bengaluru, named, PM Clean Air Solutions Private Limited (PMCASPL). Both friends were Directors in the company with 50% equity stake with each of them. The final product developed, consisted of 3 separate units of which two were physical units and one was software, which were all synced as one single device. The units are as: Air Sense, Air Quality Management System (AQMS), Air Loop.

BCS Solution Summary

Problem faced by Company- As company’s final product is contain 2 main parts as physical unit and one part as software unit. So, for maintaining the quality of product and inventing new terms in device for fast and pure performance in future. We required skill employee and to expand business in other cities we required best sales executive for business marketing.

Solution

So, How can we retain our employee in Company and make them more skillful employee and spark some motivation in them. We work on plan created by HR team specially for all employees for improvement and crate more energy, innovation during work.

Training for software team-

As we have  a  requirement of 2 software developer and web developer , mobile app developer. For these employee innovation is  most important thing through learning latest technologies. So, for them we will arrange 3 trainers – software development trainer, web application development trainer and mobile application development trainer who help them to do research and make  a powerful device with better performance with latest technologies , logics.

We are conduct the proper training for them. Each employee wants to give their best for their own future and organization’s growth. And I will try to fulfill this requirements of each an every employee which is helpful for both parties.

Training for sales team-

At first we required 2 files sales executive for our business. And both are fresher, that’s the main reason to trained them perfectly for best business in market. They will work as  Management Trainee for 1 year and during that period they get a proper training from best sales trainer who will teach them about all required skills for sale like as good communication, negotiation skill ,etc.

And after completing their training period . We will arrange a test for them and if they pass it then we will continue with them as a full time employment with salary increment.

 

It’s a amazing  chance for all to learn experience people and also use ideas  from young people for R&D.

Customer Care And Client Communication Skills

A business cannot flourish without keeping its clients happy. Hence people responsible for representing the company to a client should be good at communication and wooing the clients. It’s not only what you’re presenting to them, but the way in which you offer the product or service makes a significant difference. Hence customers dealing or sales training is one of the most prestigious courses for a company or a business.

 Creative Thinking Skills Grooming Program

Employees can only grow and excel in their careers when they are continually thinking something from a newer, different perspective. It helps the company progress in terms of innovation as well as productivity.

Creativity and innovative thinking become all the more critical in a place like Dubai, with a very high influx of people seeking jobs. Owing to this, many businesspeople ensure soft skills training in the workplace for grooming their employees being humans. It is the key to success.

Introduction of some me time period for all employee-

Whenever any employee do a work they do it very much passion. But after some time they workf or only salary because they get bored or mentally disturb while doing continues work.

So, Here I want to launch a new concept which will happen on every Friday in our company which will called as- Friday Party- which include a me time session, learning sessions, creativity sessions, relaxation sessions , hobbies sessions. SO that will help employee to be relax and do work again with more energy and more productivity.

2. Production Policies-

The Policy of Related Air Purifier Device - Production Department is to manufacture, test and supply product that meets design specifications, to ensure efficiency and quality is maintained and improved where possible, to minimise scrap, wastage and rework and to satisfy customer delivery schedules at all times.

The main aims of the department include:

  • To ensure the efficient flow of information and product between the individual production sections (Machine shop, Assembly, Testing and Despatch) as well as with other Related departments.
  • To encourage positive communication, improvement suggestions and feedback.
  • To identify and satisfy training requirements.
  • To identify, satisfy and improve all aspects of Health and Safety.
  • To encourage the active general maintenance and cleanliness of working areas, machines and equipment to ensure an effective production environment.

 

3.Workplace Security Policies-

Policies on security are in place to protect not only the people in an organization, but the physical and intellectual property as well. Policies may cover entrance to a facility, such as the use of ID cards and the procedures for signing in a guest. Equipment such as a company laptop or smartphone may need to be signed out.

 

 

Conclusion
As per HR perspective, its very important to trained and make update our employees time to time. That will help to make product more user friendly, upgraded with latest technology, and improve output performance. Our device is mainly work for environment betterment. Surely, this blue print of improving all technical and soft skills is play vital role in generating more revenue for company.
