Q. What is one thing you want to share that you have learned/improved during this National Level Competition?

I have worked in many organisations, but working on plan in a broad level team with different heads, gaining their perspectives of business. All these i could have probably not gained without NMO. The kind of competition, skimming and brainstorming we did in teams as head of departments gave a different level of confidence as well as perspective in business. All departments are equally important and most of all the co ordination required in real scenarios are way different than job premises at higher levels in organisation for sure.
