Q. What is one thing you want to share that you have learned/improved during this National Level Competition?
Appreciations and honest remark/feedback can help a team to improve as a whole. As a team leader initially it was tough for me to say teammates where they are going wrong with case study thing, and this thought me a important lesson that there would always be gap between reality and expectations and if we want to achieve our expectations we need always have a constant check with reality.whatever position you may are placed being biased won't help, it happens that we may find some error in work but as the other person is our friend or sensitive we deny them honest feedback which would result in repetition of mistakes. Where ever and whenever needed we should appreciate good work and if we feel something can be done better giving honest feedback on that is important
Q. What is your aspirations in life.
I am research aspirant and a learner, exploring ideas and new paths is all what I do, a curious learner . social entrepreneurship and doing research is my aspiration. To win a game you don't have to follow what others did , understand rules, know other's mistakes and create your own ways.
Q. What is your suggestions for future participants of National Management Olympiad?
My suggestion would be 'have patience and be open to all ideas. Be curious to learn something new and try to clear all doubt's if you feel you don't know something ask your teammates and NMO coordinator they'll help you, don't try to pressure yourself stay calm and research as much as you can , not just your department related ,try to know the background of a case , it'll help you analyze it's building blocks. Not all time we win, but we'll get to learn alot, being positive and having confidence on self and team is important. stay motivated and motivate team, you'll love the journey '
