Q. What is the best thing you feel about National Management Olympiad?
The virtual company creation and working with unknown people for reaching a target. Post Covid-19 crisis, this experience of 'Work From Home' or 'Working Remotely' will help us.
Q. What is one thing you want to share that you have learned/improved during this National Level Competition?
Leadership and team coordination, specially with an unknown team with exceptional talents.
The first thing was to make everyone feel safe to talk freely. In the cases given, there were lots of strategies, ideas, opinions puring from all team members. Being the leader, the main objective to screen those ideas on the basis of rationality.
I gained much hands of experience of being in the senior management of a company. I understood that there is huge difference between commenting on a company's Strategy from outside and actually adopting the strategy.
Q. What is your aspirations in life.
1.To grow to the senior leadership of a company at a fast pace and gaining the experience, to ultimately open my own company
2. To open a society or NGO for physically challenged and socially backward people
3. Whatever I do, my objective would be to live life happily and peacefully with family and friends.
Q. What is your suggestions for future participants of National Management Olympiad?
It's an excellent platform where you can test your mettle, case solving acumen and you will get the feeling of being a responsible position of a company. Also, devote hard work, creativity in giving solutions.
