Q. What is one thing you want to share that you have learned/improved during this National Level Competition?

As a leader, to understand the needs of my teammates.the main thing I learned is how you can make and manage a complete stranger to work in harmony with others. It's a true test of management skills, especially for a leader.

Q. What is your aspirations in life.

I want to do something in feild of leadership, like be a project manager or leader of a department. It would be amazing if I could use my skill set internationally in feild of management.

Q. What is your suggestions for future participants of National Management Olympiad?

I would suggest the future participants to be innovative in ideas you present in your case study. No problem if your idea is not mainstream. You'll definitely learn something more when you are innovative. Also to future leaders of NMO , its leader's responsibility to motivate teammates to think creatively and make them feel comfortable with sharing ideas no matter how peculiar. Remember innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.
