Q. What is the Secret of your success in National management Olympiad?

National Management Olympiad 2020 is a well designed and chalked out initiative to bring out the best among the participants in the 60-70 days phase which encompasses the Final Quiz and last 3 Rounds consisting of different business case scenarios. It deems to be very challenging at first to work with an entire bunch of strangers whom we have never communicated or met physically previously. But,this in fact, proved to be a learning curve and the secret of my success is if it can be described in crisp, is "learning to adapt in the VUCA world."As a leader, I quickly made it a point to take care of the possible strengths and weaknesses in the team and tried to guide them to the best of my efforts. The secret to success lied in getting better with every Round and putting in extra efforts.
