Now-a- days Unmanned Air Vehicle which is also known as Drone is the new emerging technology which is being widely adopted by the emerging economies for quick deliveries. Organisations are looking forward to these Drones to manage services like emergent deliveries of food, medicine, and local cargo services. Thus, HR management also has to so robust and efficient that it can align with the business need of recruitment of efficient staff and put efforts in nurturing and retaining them through optimized training programs.

Organisations are looking forward to these Drones to manage services like emergent deliveries of food, medicine, and local cargo services.

Our company has decided to venture into ‘Hyper Local Delivery Space’ and looking ahead to conduct local deliveries through Drones. So, here I come into the picture as an HR Manager to support company’s division of Drone Business & Goals. People who have associate degree and a Remote Pilot Certificate from an Aviation Agency.

Their key responsibilities will be:

  • Check drones before a flight to ensure safe and proper operation
  • Analyze weather forecasts to ensure safe flights
  • Document pre and post-flight logs
  • Monitor drones during flight
  • Plan drone flight routes
  • Navigate drones along designated paths 
  • Gather information or produce aerial photographs, as needed 
  • Perform equipment testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
