Case UnderstandingAbout the Company ; Fresh Grower at Your Door it means Direct delivered farmer to Table [ FTT ] is a pune based company started by Chitranjan Desai. The company mainly deals with fresh farm products namely fruits & Vegetables. He has Decided to start a business of procurement & delivery of fresh farm produces. He will procure farm produces from nearby farmers and will directly deliver to customer. Uses an App based delivery system through FTT app customers can order their product. FTT currently operate in pune. Mr. Chitranjan Desai wants to expand his business to at least 3 Metro cities in next 2 year.
BCS Solution SummaryPROBLEM FACED BY COMPANY : The FTT concept produces must reach from Farm To Dining Table within 3 hours of harvesting but as per calculation of total time required to do Harvesting> transporting to packing facility> packing transport to consumer place Would take around 6 hours. At implementation he realized that even 6 hours is hard to manage many times. 1. They want to expand his business to at least 3 metro cities in next 2 year.
Solution

What are trying to do in step 1?
We are trying to expand our business above three metro cities. For training purpose, we allotted 6 Trainer, 2 trainee for each city. We are conduct the proper training for them. Each person wants to be a crucial element of something bigger, and I provide my employees with that feeling. I give them responsible task and they decide how to approach their duties by themselves.

Training and Skill Development 
Training is one of the key function that an HRMS department performs. This module of HRMS makes you capable of having documents uploaded, managed, and distributed for trainees through web-based software. It is integrated with employee performance goals and also incorporator a calendar function that help instructors to schedule training and evaluation that are easily accessible to trainees. 
-He should have good communication skill- written, oral, listening.
-Should be creative exercise as per need and understand what mode of training is best suited.+-3

-Should have good interpersonal skill able to interact with farmers understand what they need for training.
-Good knowledge of Agriculture sector and keep with new trends. 
-Should be flexible in case of any problem to find solution.
