Case Understanding1 . With the pandemic hitting the world, people all around the world have become extremely conscious about their lifestyle, especially their food habits. The world is now walking up to newer agricultural practices which are environment-friendly and that guarantee healthy produce. India is also channeling into this growing consciousness. We are witnessing an organic food revolution in the Country. 2. Completely pesticide-free, hydroponic farming is miles ahead of organic farming, as it nullifies the effects of harmful chemicals that might be present in the soil, thus ensuring that consumers get the healthiest products.
BCS Solution SummaryIt seems, that today, people just don’t have the work ethic they used to. Believe it or not, its easy to motivate people-if you have the right plan. Using by these 5 strategies to keep work morale and ethic high on the firm. 1. Practise / Indutenent of Employee : 1.1 Setting goals, professional with our Employees: Since, every decision we make they bring some impacts in our goals, they weren’t going to be motivated towards. Either he was mis-trained or the communication wasn’t clear. We might get a couple of drawbacks, but most are capable of doing the work with the right guidance. By getting our employees a right certification programs they will be never happens to fail in their work participation. So training them make sure they know how to startup safely and how to accomplish the checklist. 1.4 Create clear expectation of the job and what is required to successfully perform it: Basically, the idea is to create a one page document explaining exactly what that an employee is going to do for us and make sure they understand it. Usually by giving them such a document they might get improper communication this may cause some unclear-cut vision. 1.5 Focusing on Primary Strategies too: • Growing : Expanding the size of the business. • Stability : Maintaining the size of the business. • Retrenchment : Refocusing the business for improved performance. • Succession : Transferring the business to younger generation.

By coming to our concept of Farm to table , we are going to practice it by within 3 hours of harvesting from our growers but the implementation process may took 6 to 8 hours of its process which is calculated and delibrated below for your reference .

  • Aspiring  farmers  can  learn  through apprenticeships  or  by  being  supervised  and  trained  by  experienced  farmers. However,  associate`s  and  bachelor`s  degrees  in  framing  or  agriculture  are  available.
  • Offering  center  on  sustainable  agricultural  practices.
  • Serve  a  more  diverse  range  of  “Beginning employess”  including  groups  with  various  levels  of  experience  and  from  more  diverse  backgrounds.
  • Going  beyond  the  production  skills  by incorporating  topics  like  business  development, land  access, and financial  management.
  • Providing  of  en-number  of  social-networking  opportunities
  • Providing  them  with   a hand-learning  a  more place  based  on  their  knowledge  focus.

2.2 EMPLOYEE  MOTIVATION:

  • Good  farm  employees  are  hard  to  find, and  even  harder  to  keep.

It  usually  depends  on  the  premises  that  the environment  in  which  we  live  and  work   is not  static, but  dynamic  and constantly  changing.  Whereas  the  employees  should be  aware  of  these  kinds  of  areas  follows;

2.5 INTERNAL  SCANNING:

                     Therefore,  looking  inside  of  our  sector  and  identifying  its  strengths  and  weakness. Usually  the  most  important  assets  in  the  farm  business  are we  and  the  other  individuals  in  the  business.  The  Employees  ever  to remain  that  they are  traditional  process  in  harvest  and  without  the  uses  of  chemical  basis  inside  the  progress  field.

3. Skills Development :

     Skills Development is a process ,

  1. Identify the skills gaps to cover agricultural and farming
  2. Developing and honing the skills by practice in the field with or without experience .

It is important because employees skills are here yet to determine the ability to execute our plans with success . Thought in goal achievement employers skills are also a ethic tool to determine the progress .

 

  1.   Skills Training :

                   Skills Training of Rural Youth ( STRY ) is aimed at imparting skill based training to rural youth on agri – based vocational areas in agriculture and allied areas and for a creation of skilled manpower to perform farm and too non-farm operations .

3.2 Platform Summary :

  • The platform provides an introductory service for Growers and Buyers .
  • A Grower with an ability to supply products has an account created or creates  and account on the platform and posts an accurate and complete description of the products to be supplies .
  • A buyers wishing to purchase products :
  1. creates an account on the platform .
  2. Review the listing uploaded growers .
  3. May negotiate with the growers via the private messaging function and then places an order with the relevant grower through the platform .
  • A grower will be notified and may choose to them accept or reject an order , Once a grower has accepted an order , the grower will provide the order as agreed and the Buyer will pay the fee agreed between the seller and Grower is to be finalized upon delivery of the order .
  • We accept no liablity for any aspect of the buyers and grower interaction , including but not limited to the description of products, non-payments for those products or any Disputes arising between the buyers and growers .

3.3 Deliveries :

  • The delivery of an order will be subjects to the terms agreed  between the buyer and grower .
  • We do not arrange nor accept any liability for any liability related to the delivery of any order .
  • The grower is responsible for ensuring the delivery options displayed on the growers page and listing are true , accurate and correct .

ConclusionCONCLUDING: Once our employed were trained and noted our strategy plans they have to be convert those things into action plans/business plan and should be implemented. Also, a system of evaluation and control needs to be developed to monitor the business and the progress of the skills and training should be in the business goals. Reality testing involves examining our business goals in light of the environmental opportunities and business strengths. It addresses the question, can the farm business be organized in a way to achieve the business and personal goals?
