Case Understanding

Automobile sector is in booming stage but as we know there are low adoption of electric vehicle because of several reasons • Lacking of better charging point infrastructure which can be restrict EVs sector to grow in that rate which they are deserve. • If we go to customer desire then there is a major problem which are arises that peoples would not need a public charging point due to its time taken to charge and there is a fear to discharge of battery during the travelling • If we want to increase our market share or to achieving government target then we have to target customer precisely and focused on the large scale player but there is a problem is that vehicle mileage should be more so that they are existing in market whole day without any take charge • There is maintenance problem also in EVs • We have a prototype only which are made during project of college so is it reliable , safe , good product for customer and in affordable • We haven’t do any market test of this prototype • There is consumer perception that electric vehicles are not that efficient and requires more maintenance than normal vehicles, specially sports car preferred people.
