To provide for good governance, efficient, transparent and targeted delivery of subsidies, benefits and services, the expenditure for which is incurred from the Consolidated Fund of India, to individual's resiing in india through assigning of unique identity numbers. 

100% enrollment should be there for a Aadhaar in India. UIDAI poliy and guidelines should be properly followed in all the parts of India, so that 100% participation of Indian citizen should be involved.

The UIDAI should open more and more Aadhaar centers to the remote parts of india with the best and conenient technology that can be easily carry in the remote areas and with good network connections, so that they should not face any technical issues such as internet connections, server problem etc

More campaigns should be held in the remote areas and should tell to the population about the aadhaar and its beneficial services.

To fight with the cybercrimes and the data privacy issues UIDAI should not store all the user information in one centralised server. All the users information should be collected and recorderd acoording to their thesils, blocks and states. All the users information should be stored.according to state-wise in state servers and all that state servers should be connected to the main server of UIDAI. There should be no access of Third-party for data leakge and cybercrimes.

The objectives, awareness and real good intentions od Aadhaar should be reached to the people. The message and communications should be symmetric.
