BCS Solution SummaryAadhaar's benefits outweigh it's shortcomings, which can be worked upon. With the use of latest technology, Aadhaar can be made safe and secure. People can trust upon it. It's reach can be increased by having a proper net of hierarchy to as deep as to the village panchayats. Self-sustaining model can be created by charging a negligible amount of ten rupees per year. HR policies can be restructured by having a proper hierarchial structure which should be under the eye of SIT( special investigation team) all the time.
Solution
Major suggestions:
i. Developing a system wherein a customer/a citizen should get a prompt on his or her contact number whether they allow the usage of their information by the company or not.
ii. Having a proper net of hierarchy to as deep as to the village panchayats. More Aadhaar centers need to be opened across the country and the youth can be utilized to run them. Moreover, not much expenses would be needed for their training.
iii. To generate a self-sustaining financial model, charge people a payment as negligible as ten rupees per year for the Aadhaar card. This way government can get (140 crore rupees every year, assuming everybody gets an Aadhaar card). After that can charge ten rupees per subsidy they avail.
iv. Proper hierarchial structure being monitored by a special investigating team.
