BCS Solution SummaryVocational Traning and Education system is not adequate and not sufficient to skilled the youths with required marketable employable skills, hence the government had to run many skill development courses to bridge the existing gap. Thus by reforming the vocational system in order to take care of the 21st-century skill needs is the key to address the issue. Government need to increase the budgetary support and also need to implement few recommendation on the courses provided by these institution to make them market relevant.
