i.) A tracking system should be accurate

ii.) A robust feedback system to give the consumer rating and comments to the product to the best satisfaction

iii.) Communication details must be updated by providing e-mail address and phone number

iv.) Refunded policy must be included.

v.) The delivery person should know about the place correctly to reduce the time.

vi.) Ensuring the product are delivered only from FSSAI certified suppliers

vii.) Hiring Quality of the product and we should hire the person to control it.

viii.) App must be updated and they have given the best services to the consumer in non – densely populated areas.

ix.) A robust attendance system to get the valid reason for their late.

x.) Give some rewards to their boys to get motivated to do the work properly.

Conclusion

In above mention points that are mainly coordinate with the entire employee with the coordination to run the organization in the best manner.
